Expressive vintage champagne, the selected grapes were harvested from mid to late September in several individual layers by hand from vines that were on average 50 years old. Light yellow with golden reflections, very fine perlage. Rich, expressive bouquet of ripe fruit complemented by notes of orange peel, herbs and dried grass. Lively on the palate, very creamy, notes of grapefruit in the finish. Great soloist, a classic with fish and poultry dishes.
